Lash Fantastic Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, all products must be returned in their original/unopened packaging. We will not refund any goods that have been opened or worn. Items must be returned with the seal intact. For returns based on unwanted items, you must return them within 14 days of receiving the item. Due to the nature and conditions of any products purchased during sale periods, Lash Fantastic is unable to accept any returns, refunds, or exchanges on any unwanted items as this is an exclusive offer.

In the unusual event that you receive an item damaged or faulty, we will of course exchange or refund this for you. If you receive a damaged/faulty item, you must notify us within 7 days.

Prior to making any returns, you must first contact info@lash-fantastic.com for further details. All returns take up to 14 working days to be processed by our returns department from the date received back at our HQ.

Please note; Our lashes are handmade with love, therefore each one can be slightly different; this would only be minor though. Please note this is not a fault but part of the unique lash assignment of individual hair by our employees.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 5 working days (UK)

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@lash-fantastic.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)

If you wish to exchange an item, you must notify our customer service team at info@lash-fantastic.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Our team will then provide you with the next steps if an exchange is applicable.

If an exchange is applicable, the item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

Lash Fantastic does not pay for return postage unless an item is the wrong item or faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Discounts

Discount codes are provided exclusively by Lash Fantastic. Two separate discount codes/offers cannot be used in conjunction with one another. It is one discount/offer per order. Lash Fantastic reserves the right to remove any promotion at any given time.
